Rotary Table Grinding Machine RTM-CNC

 The RTM-CNC with horizontal workpiece loading for circular knives, circular saws and similar workpieces. Extreme short cycle times because of the digital servo drives with idle speed up to 30m/sec (100ft/sec).

As an optional feature a robotized feeding and automation system is available.
• High precision due to preloaded playfree linear roller bearing guides
• Infinitely variable regulation of the grinding wheel drive with programmable constant peripheral speed
• Sensor controlled contact of grinding wheel with workpiece to avoid "air grinding"
• Easy programming with CNC-control SINUMERIK
• Integrated dressing attachment for the grinding wheel, CNC controlled
• Automatic compensation of the grinding wheel wear
• Grinding of different angles with 2 CNC axis

Optional features

• Infinitely variable speed of the workpiece chuck with constant surface speed (programmable).
• Dressing attachment with diamond coated dressing rolls for short dressing cycle
• Magnetic workpiece chuck
